Our own Jamaican jerk seasoning, Rasta Rub captures the tropical vibrancy of the Caribbean by combining sweet allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg, with savory thyme, onion, garlic, and super hot Scotch Bonnet peppers. Rub on ribs, pork roasts, chicken, and shrimp. Use in any recipe calling for jerk seasoning.
How to use: Rub one tablespoon Rasta Rub onto each pound of uncooked meat, poultry or fish. Add wet marinade ingredients such as oil, citrus juices, and rum. Season with salt if desired. Grill, bake, roast or broil.
