Raj Rub comes to the rescue by carefully balancing turmeric, coriander, cumin, and fiery red chilies with sweet cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, exotic coconut, fenugreek and nigella seeds. Perfect for making curries without worries or trouble-free tandoors.
How to use: For grilling, rub each pound of uncooked food with 1-2 tablespoons Raj Rub. For tandoori marinades, combine two tablespoons Raj Rub with each cup plain yogurt. For other recipes, such as curries, add to taste.
