� cup flour
� tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
� cup quick oats
� cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp low-fat margarine
1 11 oz jar Great San Saba River Pecan Preserves (your favorite flavor found on the Preserves Page.)
Mustard, 2 Tbsp butter.
�Mix the above ingredients until crumbly. Set aside � cup of the mixture.
�Press the mixture into a shallow 8�x8� pan.
�Spread with preserves.
�Top by sprinkling evenly with the remaining � cup of the mixture
�Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes, or until brown.
�Cut into bars.
