Description
1 28 oz. can of pear jalves, drained; 8 oz. packaged of cream cheese; 1/4 cup Aunt Sue's Cinnamon PearJelly, melted over low heat and slightly cooled; 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened; 9 oz package yellow cake mix; 1/2 cup Aunt Sue's Cinnamon Pear Syrup; 2 Tbsp vegetable oil; 1 egg; 1 tsp ground ginger.

Preheat oven to 350. Slice pears and place on the bottom of a 8" square baking dish. Beat cream cheese, jelly and butter in a mixing bowl at medium speed until well blended and pour over pears. Beat cake mix, syrup, oil, egg, and ginger in larage mixing bowl at low speed until well blended and pour over cream cheese mixture. Bake 35 - 40 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or drizzle with more pear syrup if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
