4 lbs spare ribs, cut into sections of 3 to 4 ribs each; seasoned salt and pepper; 9 oz jar of Aloah from Oregon Cranberry Pecan Chutney; 3 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp each garlic and paprika.
Plae the ribs in a single layer in an oven proof baking dish. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Cover and bake in a preheated 375 oven for 30 minutes. While baking combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Remove the cover, and discard any excess fat from the bottom of the pan. Distribute the Aloah from Oregon Cranberry Pecan Chutney evenly over the top. Contunue baking, uncovered, until meat is tender (about 20-25 minutes).
